Data Use Notice
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This notice gives a plain-language summary of what ScoreKit data is used for and how organizations should use the platform responsibly.
Account and contact data
Names, emails, phone numbers, and organization details are used to review access requests, create and secure accounts, provide support, and communicate about ScoreKit.
League and competition data
League, team, player, schedule, score, and statistics data is used to provide registration, competition management, live scoring, standings, reports, and related features to the organization and its authorized users.
Product and security data
Logs, device information, IP addresses, and usage events help us authenticate users, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve features.
Marketing and communications
If you contact us or request a demo, we use the information you provide to respond and follow up about ScoreKit. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.
Organization responsibilities
An organization that enters player or member information is generally responsible for deciding why it is collected and who may access it. Organizations should collect only what they need, give appropriate notice, protect access, and handle minors’ information with particular care.
Requests about your data
For access, correction, deletion, or other data-use questions, contact sales@myscorekit.com with enough detail for us to identify the relevant account or organization. We may coordinate with the organization that controls the league data and verify the request before acting.
