Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ScoreKit. By using ScoreKit, you agree to these Terms. If you use ScoreKit for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
ScoreKit provides league management, registration, scheduling, scoring, statistics, and related tools. Features may change, and we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people in your organization have appropriate access.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant ScoreKit the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, especially for player and minor information.
Intellectual property
ScoreKit, the ScoreKit name and logo, and the software, design, and features that make up the service are owned by ScoreKit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use ScoreKit’s trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission, and do not transfer ownership of the service to you. Except for the limited right to access and use ScoreKit as permitted by these Terms, all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use ScoreKit for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Photos and uploaded content
Player photos, club banners, receipts, and other images uploaded to ScoreKit must be lawful, and must not depict nudity, sexual content, hate symbols, violence, or other content that is obscene, harassing, or discriminatory, and must not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights. You are responsible for having the right to upload a person’s photo, especially a minor’s, and for using it only for the purposes of the league or organization. We may remove content we reasonably believe violates this policy or these Terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.
Third-party services
ScoreKit may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, payment, or other services. Their products may have separate terms and privacy policies, and ScoreKit is not responsible for services it does not control.
Fees and termination
Any fees, plan terms, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be shown in the applicable order or plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. On termination, you remain responsible for obligations accrued before termination.
Refunds and cancellations
ScoreKit does not process or hold funds that an organization collects from its own teams, players, or members — for example, league, jersey, or membership fees recorded through ScoreKit’s payment-tracking tools are paid directly between the organization and its teams or members through whatever method they arrange (such as bank transfer or e-wallet), and ScoreKit only records that a payment was made. Refunds for those fees are solely between the organization and the payer. For fees ScoreKit itself charges an organization for use of the platform, refund and cancellation terms, if any, will be set out in the applicable order, invoice, or plan terms agreed with that organization; absent a specific term there, fees already paid for the then-current billing period are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, ScoreKit is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. ScoreKit is a management tool and does not replace the judgment of organizers, officials, coaches, or medical professionals. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ScoreKit will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction, and you agree to submit to that jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at sales@myscorekit.com — most concerns can be resolved informally.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply. Questions may be sent to sales@myscorekit.com.
