Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ScoreKit collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our website, request access, or use the ScoreKit service.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, organization or club name, email address, phone number, address, account details, league and team information, player information entered by an organization, support messages, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and service activity.
How we use information
We use information to review signup requests, provide and secure the service, create and manage accounts, support leagues and competitions, communicate about the service, respond to inquiries, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with the organization that operates a league, with service providers that host, secure, authenticate, or support ScoreKit, and when required to comply with law or protect people and the service. Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us.
Cookies and similar technologies
ScoreKit and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential purposes, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your session, and completing the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge that protects public forms from automated abuse. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent parts of ScoreKit — including sign-in and public registration forms — from working correctly.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legitimate business, security, accounting, and legal purposes. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Where information is stored
ScoreKit’s infrastructure is hosted outside the Philippines. Our application servers and authentication service run in Singapore, and our production database is hosted with a cloud database provider in Singapore. This means your personal data is transferred to, and stored in, Singapore in the course of providing the service. We select infrastructure and service providers that maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the data they process on our behalf, and we take reasonable steps consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules before transferring personal data outside the Philippines. Contact us at sales@myscorekit.com if you would like more detail on these safeguards.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in ScoreKit, please report it to sales@myscorekit.com with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. Please report it to us privately and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it before disclosing it publicly. We are grateful for good-faith, responsible reports.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion or blocking of, or information about the processing of your personal data, and you may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Contact us at sales@myscorekit.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate need requires it.
Your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act
For users and data subjects located in the Philippines, ScoreKit and the organizations that use it are subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. As a data subject you have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to object to processing, to correct inaccurate data, to erasure or blocking where appropriate, to data portability, to be indemnified for damages arising from unlawful processing, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). For league and player data, the organization operating the league is typically the personal information controller that decides why the data is collected, and ScoreKit acts as a personal information processor providing the platform on that organization’s behalf. To exercise these rights, contact the organization directly, or reach us at sales@myscorekit.com and we will coordinate with the relevant organization.
Children and player data
ScoreKit is intended for organizations and their authorized users. Organizations are responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any permissions required before entering information about players, including minors, and for using the service in compliance with applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to sales@myscorekit.com.
